My approach
My therapeutic style is active and informal. I listen closely, with great care, and with a desire to understand who you are, what is important to you, and where you hope to be as a result of our work together.
Science-backed treatment
I offer psychological interventions to improve your health using a wide range of evidence-based interventions.
I provide structured treatments for ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety disorders (e.g., generalized anxiety, panic, agoraphobia, specific phobias, illness anxiety), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder among other conditions.
I work best with individuals who are highly motivated to relieve their suffering and learn ways to confront, rather than avoid, unhelpful patterns and habits.
